Now you can apply for a passport in the convenience of your own township office! As a Passport Agent for the U.S. State Department, we are pleased to be available to you for processing applications and supplying forms for renewal of passports. Passport hours are 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. On-site photography is available, as well as expedited service. As travel security measures have been heightened, it makes good sense to carry a valid passport with you whenever you leave the United States. Free Passport Photos

West Deerfield Township is now offering free passport photos with the paid $25 execution fee for a new passport. The Township is a registered Passport Facility; all forms and photography are on-site for your convenience. There is no need for an appointment, and passport hours are 8:30 a.m. until 11:30a.m., and 1 until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Passport photos for renewal-by-mail or visas are still available at $8.00.
